Prof. S N Katarki is the Founder & General Secretary of Miranda Education Society. It was established in the year 1982 which has 9 educational institutions running under it including professional colleges. He is a distinguished educationist and a visionary of dynamism who has more than 50 years of experience as an academician apart from his political and social activities. A Philanthropist who helps the needy and weaker section of society. His contributions to society have been recognised by the “Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana Award”, “Rashtriya Ratna Award”, “Saadhaka Award”. The Government of Karnataka has awarded him as a “Best Educationalist”.
