Schooling is one of the most influential experiences in a child, which has an impact on one’s personality as well as on one’s profession. Teacher’s job must be of passion than profession which influences the child’s mind towards learning. ‘MIRANDA SCHOOL with an excellence of more than 40 years is a platform where children have developed into successful individuals in India and abroad. “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire” – says W B Yeats. Our school is one where students are creative and innovative along with being knowledge oriented. We also instill in them a value based education, belongingness and patriotism. A healthy blend of curricular, co-curricular activities is promoted to ensure all round development of students. To quote Swami Vivekananda, “We want that education by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased and the intellect is expanded by which one can stand on one’s own feet. Thus Miranda aims to develop student’s character, mental fortitude, intellectual activities and independence. Students will be well prepared for personal and professional challenges in this technologically developing world.
